Enrolment Steps.
1. Book Classes on EnrolMy & ensure your Safety Form is Complete
EnrolMy is our booking platform where you can book classes, make payments and track your invoices. Please ensure your Safety Form is complete otherwise we cannot order your shirt. Please note that if
shirts are out of stock, it can take up to 8 weeks to restock.

2. Read the Important Guides
Be sure to read our Handbook to find out about our programs and what they involve
(including Performance Dates – please put these in your calendar), and read our Policy
Document to find our policies.

3. Join our BAND App
Our communication is done through the BAND App. We keep our calendar and event
information on our App as well as important updates and all of our documents, please
have a good read through it. ALL Members MUST JOIN.
4. Pay your Invoices
We will send you an invoice for membership, tuition, and competition fees via email. Invoices include payment details, payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, an arranged direct debit, or at
reception. Tuition and a $50 membership deposit are due upfront in full for the term.
Membership invoices will be sent to you within a week of enrolling in classes.

All of our costumes and uniforms are custom made. Typically we can expect items to arrive 6-12 weeks after the order cut off date.
We will always send you an email once your uniform/costume/order is ready for collection.
Keep an eye out for this email.

If your child is in a CheerSPORT or Elite Team, all competitions are compulsory.
If your child is not wanting to do the competitions, we recommend Cheer4fUN or Tumbling Classes.

Final days and times for the competitions are only released to us 2-3wks prior. We can aim to have an estimated time and day 3-4wks prior.
As soon as we have any day or time details for you, they will be emailed to you straight away.
