HOW TO ENROL

STEP 1: Attend a Free Trial Class

You can book in for a Free Trial Class by filling in the form to request an Information Package & Free Trial (click here). If you are unsure of which class to choose please read through our Information Package and if still unsure send us an email as we would be happy to help! All classes have their specific class details an information like important dates on their EnrolMy Booking Page.

Don’t forget to ensure your Safety Form is complete on EnrolMy before your trial and bring a Parent or Guardian to sign the waiver and release form on the day.

STEP 2: Once your Trial is Complete Confirm your class bookings on EnrolMy

You should receive an email after your trial asking you to book in for the rest of the term, if you don’t receive this just log into your EnrolMy account and extend your booking. Make sure your Safety Form is complete otherwise we cannot order your shirt (we will order these once fees are paid in full – they can take up to 8 wks through our supplier if we are out of stock).

STEP 3: Join our BAND App

We keep our calendar and event information on our BAND App as well as important updates and all of our documents, please have a good read through it. Click here to join our BAND App. Please include your full name on your BAND App account or you will not be accepted into the group.

STEP 4: Wait for your invoice and purchase required uniforms on our online store

We will send you an invoice for membership, tuition and competition fees via email, but all merchandise and uniforms (other than membership shirts) need to be purchased from our online store via our website. Invoices include payment details, payments can be made by bank transfer, Credit Card, an arranged direct debit or at reception. Tuition and a $50 membership deposit (payable upon filling in the enrolment form) is due upfront in full for the term.
